Mutual Fund Commission & Compensation Disclosure

The table below provides the Indicative Maximum Annual Trail Commission (Exclusive of Applicable GST) that may be received from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on investments made under Regular Plan Mutual Fund schemes.

• The actual commission may vary depending on the Asset Management Company (AMC), scheme, investment option, and prevailing commission structure.
• Scheme-wise commission details are available upon request. Please contact your Relationship Manager for the latest applicable commission details.
• The above information is provided on a best-effort basis and is updated whenever revised commission structures are received from AMCs.
• I Plus Financial Services LLP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. We are not SEBI-registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) and do not provide investment advisory services.
• We distribute Regular Plan Mutual Fund schemes and receive commission from AMCs as permitted under applicable regulations. We do not charge any separate fees from clients for our mutual fund distribution services.
• Direct Plans are available for all Mutual Fund schemes and generally have a lower expense ratio as no distributor commission is payable by the AMC. We do not distribute Direct Plans.
• All investment decisions are at the sole discretion of the investor. Investors are advised to read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
